Buckhead Forest

Ashford Park is a friendly, walkable Buckhead neighborhood with a strong neighborhood association, offering primarily 1950s ranch-style homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms. In the last 10 years, many new upscale construction homes have been constructed. This community is located east of Peachtree Road and north of Dresden and is split between two zip codes, 30319 and 30341. Most of the Ashford Park residents enjoy the benefits of not paying city taxes, except for a few streets that are located within the Chamblee city limits.

Brandon

A cozy neighborhood of about 750 homes, Buckhead Fields is nestled in between North Druid Hills Road, Peachtree Road and Dresden. Home styles range from older bungalow homes (with lots of charm) to smaller ranch homes to luxury new construction million dollar homes, so there is definitely something for everyone! Residents are just a short stroll from the Buckhead MARTA station, shops, restaurants and festivals.

Brookwood Hills

Brookwood Hills is a smaller, upscale neighborhood surrounding the Buckhead County Club. This walkable community is home to mid-century homes as well as some luxury new construction homes that typically sell for $900K to well over one million dollars. Commuters have easy access to all the major highways and are able to walk to the Buckhead MARTA Station. Fine dining and shopping are less than two miles away in Buckhead. Homes range in price from the high $400s to $2.0M and as the real estate market improves, prices and new construction projects are sure to increase.

Buckhead Renaissance

The Buckhead Renaissance neighborhood is one of the few gated communities in Buckhead GA. Constructed in the late 1990s, this John Willis gated community offers upscale living for residents, with well-constructed homes that offer all the modern amenities, including open floor plans, brick exterior, oversized master suites and many have private backyards. Walk to Buckhead Village! Drew Valley

Developed in the early 1950s, this popular and affordable Brookhaven community borders Ashford Park and is home to more than 800 single family homes. The homes are smaller (1000 to 1500 sq ft) cottages and mid-century ranch style homes, but in recent years, custom new construction homes started popping up all over the area. Residents enjoy good schools (Ashford Park and Montclair Elementary), low Dekalb County property taxes, and a just a short stroll to Village Place Buckhead and local festivals. Hillsdale

Located just off of North Druid Hills Road, the HillsDale neighborhood of about 200 homes offers shaded, quiet streets with no through traffic — Fairway Circle is HillsDale’s inner loop around the neighborhood and is great for dog walkers and joggers. With mature landscaping, 1950s ranches and new construction homes, and lots of neighborhood spirit, HillsDale is a wonderful option for those who want to be in a good school district (Montgomery Elementary & Cross Keys High School), low Dekalb County taxes, and can spend between $250K and $500K on their next home.

One of the most affluent communities in Buckhead Atlanta, Historic Buckhead is filled with some of the most stunning mansions and luxury homes that Atlanta has to offer. Many homes surround the Buckhead County Club and border the Buckhead district. A portion of the homes in this historic district also lies within the city limits of Atlanta and in one of the top Georgia schools, Sarah Smith Elementary. Pine Hills

Pine Hills is a friendly community that is located in both Buckhead (Fulton County) and Brookhaven (Dekalb County) and also in two different zip codes – 30324 and 30329. Even though it is split between two counties, this doesn’t impact the amazing sense of community and a strong neighborhood association. Residents enjoy their cozy Intown Atlanta oasis with Shady Valley Park and Roxboro Valley’s pool, picnic pavilion and tennis courts.
