3Q 2020 Kirkwood Home Sales + Market Update
Home Sales
58 homes sold in the 3rd quarter of 2020. That’s UP more than 60% from the same period last year.
Home Prices in Kirkwood
The average single-family home price was $534,192,740. That’s a whopping $45,000 increase from the same time last year when the average sales price was $489,596. We expect this trend continues throughout the remainder of the year.
- The median sales price of $509,500 was also way up from 3Q 2019 when it was just $465,000
- Sellers paid an average $3,648 average towards the buyer closing costs ($2500 was the median) – that’s down from $5,700 during the same period last year
- Kirkwood home sales this quarter ranged from $249,000 to $840,000
