Characteristics of Bungalows in Georgia

Bungalows (also called “Craftsman bungalows” or cottages) were typically built between 1910 and 1935, these single-story homes feature 8.5 to 10 foot ceilings, “mission-style” front door, wood windows, hardwood floors and the main living spaces (living, dining, kitchen) on one side and the bedrooms on the other half of the home.
