Every time we have bought or sold a house we have had issues. This past time our house was on the market with another realtor for over a year with nary an offer. Kerry took over, priced it right, negotiated hard, and had it under contract in a month. On the buying side, she had the patience of Job driving all over the metro area with us until we found just the right place. And once again, she was a consummate negotiator; getting us just the house we wanted at just the price we were willing to pay! I couldn’t recommend Kerry more.

Handled Everything with Sensitivity and Patience
Jennifer is wonderful to work with! My husband and I were becoming empty nesters and needed to downsize from our home. It is difficult to know who to trust and who will differentiate themselves in how they market our home. Kerry’s marketing plans and ideas were over and above what we would have expected. If you are looking for an agent who is worth every penny of her commission, Jamie, Amy, and the team at [Urban] Nest Atlanta are it! As a first-time seller who was moving out of state, I really didn’t want to have an agent who I felt like I needed to babysit. The following are why Jamie, Amy and [Urban] Nest Atlanta are so freaking incredible.
- Whenever I had a question, it was always answered within 24 hours (and almost always the same day). I never had to remind them there was information I needed.
- I never had to check-in about the status of closing once we were under contract. As each stage of the process was completed, they let me know.
- I didn’t have to hunt down a contractor for the repairs identified from the inspection while I was out-of-state. Amy took the initiative to connect me with someone she trusted and even got me a quote.
- I NEVER HAD TO RUSH. They told me everything I needed to do with plenty of lead time. Being out of state, this was a huge win for me.
- I always knew who I was talking to. Jamie explained upfront how their team works and what each person manages. I was never bounced around different people at her office.
- Everything was always in writing. When Jamie received offers on the condo, she would email me the offer as well as share her thoughts on how to proceed.
