Amy came in with a smile that lasted throughout the entire process. Her team did an excellent job of being responsive to every inquiry and always willing to show a house. She helped sell my old home as well and had savvy negotiating skills that comes with experience. We sold top dollar and then started looking for a new relocation home. As a first-time seller who was moving out of state, I really didn’t want to have an agent who I felt like I needed to babysit. The following are why Jamie, Amy and [Urban] Nest Atlanta are so freaking incredible.
- Whenever I had a question, it was always answered within 24 hours (and almost always the same day). I never had to remind them there was information I needed.
- I never had to check-in about the status of closing once we were under contract. As each stage of the process was completed, they let me know.
- I didn’t have to hunt down a contractor for the repairs identified from the inspection while I was out-of-state. Amy took the initiative to connect me with someone she trusted and even got me a quote.
- I NEVER HAD TO RUSH. They told me everything I needed to do with plenty of lead time. Being out of state, this was a huge win for me.
- I always knew who I was talking to. Jamie explained upfront how their team works and what each person manages. I was never bounced around different people at her office.
- Everything was always in writing. When Jamie received offers on the condo, she would email me the offer as well as share her thoughts on how to proceed.
