16.6-acre Little River Farms Prime Development Tract. The tract contains an existing pasture of approximately four acres. • As mentioned above, access through Little River Estates’ private road is gated. The tract is simply very difficult to access (even on foot) from anywhere other than Little River Estate’s private road, and no part of this tract is visible from a public roadway.
