Urban Nest is a boutique real estate group, serving the Intown and North Atlanta communities. Our current agents love the small office feel, but also the amazing (and we mean A-MAZING) tools and technologies offered by our brokerage, eXp Realty.
We are fairly selective when it comes to adding new agents to our little nest, but are always looking for experienced agents with a fire in their belly and who enjoy going over and above to become the “go-to agent” in their community.

Training & Coaching
The agents at Urban Nest receive 1:1 coaching and mentoring from our both our team leader and founder. Whether you have a quick contract question or want to learn a new marketing technique, we have it covered. We also regularly host free CE classes.
If that’s not enough, eXp Realty offers 20+ hours of weekly classes in the virtual office each week, covering everything from farming a neighborhood to how to create and deliver a winning listing presentation.
Buyer Inquiry Leads
More than 25,000 unique visitors come to our websites each month to research neighborhoods and search the MLS for the latest listings. As a real estate agent with the team, you receive leads in your preferred communities that will help grow and expand your business.
Your Own Lead Gen Website
You’ll also receive a free lead generation website that will allow you to generate your own buyer and seller leads. Within days you can generate multiple buyer and seller leads with this robust tool – and manage them all with the easy-to-use CRM. Typically Kunversion (now called KV Core) is about $6,000 per year, but this is a free service for all the eXp agents!
Marketing Tools + Techniques
As a member of our team, we want you to have everything you need to run your business, so you can focus on what you do best — help people buy and sell homes! All of our agents receive ‘for sale’ signage, business cards, listing flyer templates, weekly listing flyers, customizable shareables for social media, market reports, preferred vendor lists, and other collateral to help you promote your services and stay top of mind.
You will also have access to several important marketing tools and techniques that will help you reach out to your sphere of influence, community, and potential listings. This includes homebuyer handbook, a time-tested listing presentation, drop-by marketing tools, homebuyer education events, videos and more.
No Desk Fees
Not only will you have access to our brick and mortar office for the Urban Nest team in the East Atlanta Village, you’ll also have free access to the Regus co-working offices around the country and the eXp Realty virtual office.
Ownership in your brokerage
After you sell your first home with the Urban Nest team at eXp Realty, you will receive stock in our publicly-traded company (EXPI). There are also other options to acquire stock because we believe that it is so important to have everyone invested in the success of the company.
Revenue Share
If you want to supplement your real estate income or create a retirement account, the eXp Revenue Share program is amazing. We haven’t found another brokerage that even offers anything close. If you attract another realtor to the company, you will receive a percentage of their commission. It is a simple and straightforward system… if they make money, you make money!
Technology Support
The eXp technology team is available to assist with your tech questions, website issues and any other random requests you may have. They also offer at least five hours of classes each week in order to help you with lead generation, social media, new apps, and website creation and design. As a member of the team, you would also have a tech-savvy team leader and broker that can also offer hands-on assistance.
A little FUN!
The agents on the Urban Nest team work very hard, but we also like to have FUN! From team happy hours to lunch and learn sessions, neighborhood festivals, and holiday gatherings.
