Should I sell my Atlanta home this year?

Should I sell my Atlanta home this yearIs it a good time to sell my Atlanta home?

Our vote would be a resounding YES!
Atlanta home values are up, mortgage interest rates are at historic lows (averaging a 3.34%), and the Atlanta housing inventory is extremely LOW — and that means less competition for you.    We don’t know how long the inventory shortage is going to continue, but if you sell your Atlanta home in the first half of the upcoming year, there is a very good chance that your property will not only sell faster, it will sell for a bit higher than it would in 6 to 12 months when the housing inventory levels go back up.
