Atlanta real estate, inman parkInman Park Homes for SaleInman Park Foreclosures

Located two miles east of downtown, Historic Inman Park is Atlanta’s first planned community and one of the nation’s first garden suburbs. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There are now over 300 homes in various stages of restoration or renovation in Inman Park.

Each year Inman Park welcomes its neighbors to the Spring Festival and Tour of Homes, drawing in thousands of visitors to the neighborhood. If you have not been to the Inman Park Festival & Parade, you need to add it to your calendar next April — it is, in my humble opinion, the BEST festival in the city!

Inman Park takes pride in its characterization as a “Small-Town Downtown,” combining the desirable elements of small town living Victorian style home in Inman Parkwith a dedication to the growth of the inner city.
