As an official “Bungalow-a-holic”, I thought that it might be helpful for my fellow Atlanta Bungalow lovers, if I created a page that would link you directly to all of the historic Atlanta homes for sale — from Craftsman bungalows to Victorian and Tudor style homes.
It can be challenging when you are searching the Atlanta MLS to sort through all of the different homes for sale, especially if you are trying to find a specific style, like the authentic bungalows, new construction Craftsman style homes, Tudor-style or Victorians.

PLEASE NOTE: As you look through the homes for sale below, you’ll probably see a few homes that are not “true” bungalows. Why you ask? When the real estate agents add their listings to the Atlanta MLS, sometimes they cannot correctly identify what type of home they are listing and they end up in my list below. We are constantly improving the search criteria, but for now, this is the best search available for Atlanta Bungalows, Victorians and other historic Atlanta homes.
