PLEASE NOTE:  As you look through the homes for sale below, you’ll probably see a few homes that are not “true” bungalows.  Why you ask?  When the real estate agents add their listings to the Atlanta MLS, sometimes they cannot correctly identify what type of home they are listing and they end up in my list below.  We are constantly improving the search criteria, but for now, this is the best search available for Atlanta Bungalows, Victorians and other historic Atlanta homes.
