As an Intown Atlanta Buyer’s Agent, I see dozens of homes each week and sometimes there are one or two homes that truly stand out from the crowd.  This week, I found a Craftsman Bungalow in Kirkwood that I would call the “Deal of the SEASON” –  it is priced to sell quickly and truly has EVERYTHING that today’s Atlanta home buyers are looking for in a home:

Did I mention that there is a BASEMENT?  I know you don’t see this very often in Georgia, but this home features a USABLE basement with permanent stairs just off of the dining room. 

Overall, this home is absolutely incredible — and it is priced to sell quickly at $335,000.

This week, my DEAL OF THE WEEK, is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath renovated home in Grant Park.  The home is on Confederate, so it is a little busy, BUT you really get a LOT of house for your money!   The kitchen is fully renovated with cherry cabinets, stainless appliances and a bar that opens into the dining room.  The yard is a good size, the front porch is great and the bedrooms are medium-sized.  Since I am a “purist” when I comes to renovations, I didn’t ‘love’ some of the door choices, but that is a easy fix once you get settled in.  Overall, this home is a GREAT price and worth adding to your home search list.
