Kerry Lucasse and the Nest Atlanta team feel that if you are in the market to buy or sell real estate in Candler Park or the Little Five Points neighborhoods, it is important to understand the trends in recent home sales, days on market (DOM), and the listing to sales price ratio (LP:SP) so that you can make an educated decision.
In August, only seven homes sold, but inventory was low and many buyers were battling for Candler Park homes that were fairly priced and in good condition. Five of the seven homes (71.4%) sold in less than 27 days and the average List to Sales Price ratio remained high, with homes selling at 96.6% of the listing price.
