Forecast for the Atlanta Real Estate Market this Spring

The Atlanta Board of Realtors is also forecasting that low housing inventory and a slow start to the home buying season (due to inclement weather), may make the Spring selling season very interesting!  If you are even just a tiny bit curious about the current value of your home, please give us a call at 404.432.1844.
